Information collected

When you make an enquiry, I collect your name, email address and project details to respond and discuss potential work. This is necessary for handling potential contracts and my legitimate interest in managing business enquiries.

If you join my mailing list, I collect your email address with your consent for occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Providing information is voluntary, although contact details are needed to respond to enquiries.

How information is handled

I use Squarespace to manage my website, contact forms and mailing list, UK Mail Exchange for business email, and Google Analytics to understand website traffic.

I don't sell personal information. Enquiry details are kept as long as reasonably needed for business enquiries or legal obligations. Mailing-list details are retained until you unsubscribe or request removal.

Some information may be processed outside the UK, including in the US, subject to applicable international data protection safeguards. Information about these safeguards is available on request.
